Shadow Warrior 3 announcement teased

The 2013 Shadow Warrior reboot was an excellent first-person shooter with a good sense of humour about it. The 2016 sequel, Shadow Warrior 2, expanded on the gameplay, introducing a ton of new weapons and big levels. Now, it looks like we'll be seeing the next entry in the series soon enough.

In a teaser posted earlier this month, the Shadow Warrior Twitter account revealed that a teaser trailer is currently being made, indicating an announcement very soon.

Devolver Digital published the previous two Shadow Warrior games, so we can expect to see this during Devolver's upcoming livestream, which takes place on Saturday the 11th of July.

While the first Shadow Warrior was somewhat arena based, Shadow Warrior 2 went into a bigger, looter shooter direction and wasn't quite as fondly remembered. We'll have to wait and see what the developers have in store for us this time around.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
