The First Descendant and Death Relives get DLSS 4 this week

Each week, Nvidia reveals new games upgrading to DLSS. This week is no different, with Nvidia announcing that DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation is coming to The First Descendant and Death Relives.

The First Descendant released last year. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game invites players to participate in shootouts and collect gear with up to four other players. The game already supported DLSS, but a new update will upgrade the game to DLSS 4, so RTX 50 graphics card owners can switch on Multi Frame Generation to boost frame rates by up to 4x.

Death Relives is a new game, developed by Nyctophile Studios. It is a survival horror game with puzzle elements, in which players are haunted by a Mesoamerican deity. The game is built on Unreal Engine 5.4 and will launch with DLSS 4.

Aside from these updates, Nvidia has also announced its plans for QuakeCon. This year's event is taking place once again in Texas and members of the Nvidia team will be in attendance, running giveaways for RTX 50 series graphics cards, and even custom RTX 50-powered PCs with DOOM: The Dark Ages branding.
