Street Fighter V to be exclusive to PC and PS4

It looks like the trailer for Street Fighter V has leaked ahead of a possible reveal at Sony's PlayStation Experience event or the annual Game Awards show this weekend. The trailer was accidentally uploaded early to YouTube, revealing that the game will only be coming to the PC and PS4, at least at launch.

Capcom hasn't actually officially announced the game but this leak shows that an announcement is imminent. Details of the exclusivity deal have yet to be announced, it could just be a timed exclusive, meaning that the game will hit the Xbox One eventually. However, it could also be a full exclusive, tying the game down to the PS4 and PC.

The trailer has since been pulled but we expect it to re-appear this weekend. PlayStation Europe head, Jim Ryan, previously said earlier this year that Sony doesn't feel the need to buy outright exclusivity to titles, which in this case, it hasn't due to it also coming to the PC.

We will update this story when more details become available.

KitGuru Says: Street Fighter V is coming, given that it seems to be a PS4 exclusive, I imagine it will be announced at the PlayStation Experience event tomorrow, rather than the annual VGX awards later this evening. Are you guys excited for Street Fighter V?

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
