MSI is adding to its line-up of gaming headsets with the release of the Immerse GH50 Wireless. It features 50mm Neodymium drivers, a detachable omnidirectional microphone and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity. It's also compatible with PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Mac and Xbox* alongside Windows PCs. On paper this is a versatile headset, but it's the real world use that counts. Here's our full review…

Pros:

• Good range of EQ tuning.
• Comfortable.
• Good quality controls.
• Nahimic software is better than expected.

Cons:

• Almost entirely made from plastic.
• Unimpressive general build quality.
• Minimal and uneven ear cup adjustment.
• Some mic crackling at times.

KitGuru says: The Immerse GH50 Wireless can put out some good quality sound after a few tweaks. The EQ out of the box is a little over the top, with over-accentuated bass and treble, but adjusting the headset to sound a little more balanced is easily done inside the accompanying Nahimic software. Surround sound performance was generally quite good and worked well during our gaming tests. The build quality lets this decently priced headset down though unfortunately. The GH50 Wireless is made almost entirely out of plastic and our review unit had some uniformity issues with the ear cup adjustments. A little refinement and touch more quality would really take the latest headset from MSI up a notch or two.
