Samsung hire Cyanogen for development

According to reports from Slashgear, Samsung have hired one of the industries best Android software modders Cyanogen. Real name Steve Kondik, Cyanogen has built up a fantastic reputation for pushing Android devices to their absolute limits. With over half a million users involved in cyanogenmod, the audience is already strong.

Many are worried that CyanogenMod would stop development, but according to Slashgear he will continue to lead the team of developers, while he works for Samsung. The report also adds that Kondik has changed his Facebook page employment status to ‘Samsung Mobile Software Engineer'.

With Kondik onboard, Samsung are sure to use his skills for software modification and enhancement, improving the overall user interface for Android users.
