Diamond Multimedia launches wireless HDMI kit with up to 150ft range

Diamond Multimedia, a supplier of graphics adapters and other hardware, has launched its Diamond VS300M kit which allows wireless HDMI signal transmission and can work with ranges up to 150 feet.

The Diamond VS300M wireless HDMI kit is shipped with one transmitter unit and one receiver unit – additional receivers are sold separately. The product supports a range of up to 150 feet with clear line of sight, with Diamond Multimedia saying that the “distance will vary when transmitting through walls”.

To set up the HDMI kit the user only need to go through three simple steps. Once set up, the Diamond VS300M is capable of sending the signal with a maximum resolution of up to 1080p full HD. VS300M supports HDMI1.3 and is compatible with HDCP1.2 and can transmit the signal to up to two receivers simultaneously.
