be quiet! is giving away a gaming PC this month!

If you are in the market for a new gaming PC and are willing to try your luck, then you may want to take a look at the latest giveaway from be quiet!. This week, to celebrate the success of its Dark Base 700 case, be quiet! has teamed up with MSI to run a system builder giveaway.

In order to win, all you need to do is head over to the Dark Base 700 character builder. From there, you can go through the different options and map out your perfect PC build. At the end, you can enter your build into the prize draw and be in for the chance to win the PC you created.

The competition is open to all visitors of the be quiet! website but you do need to be 18 years of age or older. This giveaway will be open until the 29th of November, so you still have plenty of time to enter.

KitGuru Says: This isn't a KitGuru competition, so you'll need to check the be quiet! Facebook page for the winner announcement in a couple of weeks time. Good luck to any of you who decide to enter.

KitGuru Games: DLSS 5 misses the point

It would be hard to argue that NVIDIA’s DLSS technologies haven’t been a net positive to the PC space, with the machine-learning based upscaler successfully translating lower resolution inputs into a final image which is perceivably sharper while hogging fewer resources. Though somewhat more contentious, the next evolution of DLSS came in the form of Frame Generation, using ML in order to generate additional frames for high-refresh rate gaming. Both techniques can have their issues, but generally speaking they’ve allowed for more people to experience higher-end titles at increased frame rates. DLSS 5, however, takes a sharp pivot, with a very different end goal in mind than the performance-boosting versions that came before.
