Google set fire to Chrome OS notebook to prove a point

Google are launching a rather dramatic campaign to highlight the benefits of their Chrome based notebook computers. With cloud storage you dont need documents to be saved locally on your computer, a fact they are keen to point out by setting fire to one.

The cloud aspect of a Chrome OS notebook is a key focal point for the search engine giant, as they say you never have to worry about data loss. Chrome design Glen Murphy has produced a video which shows him destroying a machine then jumping onto a new machine as if nothing ever happened.
