First Intel Arc Alchemist desktop GPU expected to be available in Q2 2022

Renders of the alleged reference design of Intel's upcoming Arc Alchemist graphics card have been leaked. The render shows the reference design card will feature a two-fan cooling design in a long silver shroud and a black backplate with screen cooling.

As reported by Moore's Law is Dead, the design looks fairly similar to Intel's previous teaser images. The fans still have Intel's old logo at the centre, but the final version should feature a different sticker.

The render showing what the leaker claims to be the 512EU-GPU also shows some blue LED lights around the fans and 8+6-pin power connectors. Custom cards might feature 8+8-pin power connectors or even 3x power connectors for improved overclocking.

Apparently, in Q1 2022, Intel's mobile Arc Alchemist GPUs will release, followed by desktop graphics cards a few months later in Q2 2022.

KitGuru says: Intel promised their gaming GPUs would come out in Q1 2022, but it didn't specify that both mobile and desktop GPUs would release at the same time.
