ASRock expands its Phantom Gaming monitor line-up

ASRock has recently launched two new gaming monitors, the Phantom Gaming PG27QFT2A and the Phantom Gaming PG27QFT1B. Both monitors feature a 27-inch IPS screen, QHD/1440p resolution, and a 180Hz refresh rate, making them ideal for gamers, but what sets them apart from each other?

The ASRock Phantom Gaming PG27QFT2A and PG27QFT1B monitors both feature a QHD IPS 10-bit panel with a 1ms MPRT. Both are also capable of meeting the DisplayHDR 400 standard, with a peak brightness of 400 nits.

In keeping with the gaming theme, adaptive sync technologies are supported, like AMD Freesync, so you can play without worrying about screen tearing. You'll also find two HDMI 2.0 connectors and a DisplayPort 1.4 on the back, as well as a headphone jack, although both monitors also feature built-in speakers.

Although both monitors share similar specs, the PG27QFT2A has key features that the PG27QFT1B doesn't. The A model has an ergonomic stand with more adjustments, as well as an integrated antenna to improve WiFi signal. Meanwhile, the B model has a basic stand.
