ASUS ROG has expanded its esports monitor lineup with five new models, led by the 720Hz ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace. Alongside three new 24.5‑inch Ace‑series OLED displays, ASUS has also introduced two 27‑inch triple‑mode monitors capable of switching resolutions and refresh rates on the fly.
At the top of the 24.5‑inch FullHD Ace range, the ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace uses a 720Hz Tandem WOLED panel with a 0.02ms response time, 1700‑nit peak brightness and an integrated position sensor for physical setup tracking. PGL has selected it as the official display for the 2026 CS2 Major. It arrives in early Q4 for US$1,099, alongside the 540Hz XG259QWPG Ace at US$699. The lineup also includes the 560Hz XG259QDPG Ace and 360Hz XG259QDNS Ace, both using RGB QD‑OLED panels with BlackShield anti‑glare film, 0.03ms response time and 1800‑nit peak brightness.
ASUS is also expanding its triple‑mode monitor range. The 27‑inch 4K ROG Strix XG27UCMG can switch between 4K@240Hz, QHD@400Hz and FHD@488Hz. It covers 95% of DCI‑P3, carries DisplayHDR 400 certification, includes a built‑in KVM switch and offers USB‑C connectivity with 15W power delivery.
The second model, the 27‑inch QHD Fast IPS ROG Strix XG27ACNS, reaches QHD@475Hz, FHD@620Hz or HD@920Hz with a 0.3ms response time. Both triple‑mode displays support ASUS DisplayWidget Center and hardware‑assisted AI visual enhancements. Pricing and availability for these two models have not yet been announced.
KitGuru says: There are not many FullHD OLED-type panels out there, but Asus is changing that very soon with four new models coming in Q4.
