Titan Army has launched the V27MQ7 MAX in China, a 27-inch Mini-LED gaming monitor featuring dual-mode refresh rates up to 1060Hz.
According to ITHome, it has a native 2560×1440 resolution and a 500Hz refresh rate (overclockable to 565Hz). Switching to 1280×720 increases the refresh rate to 1000Hz, with an overclock option reaching 1060Hz. Built on a second-generation HFS oxide panel, the display pairs quantum dot technology with 2304 Mini-LED local dimming zones. Titan Army rates static contrast at 1800:1, with peak brightness reaching 750nits in SDR, 1400nits in HDR, and 3000nits in XDR mode, though the specification sheet lists no formal VESA DisplayHDR certification.
Colour coverage spans 99% of DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB, with 100% sRGB support. A UWV film reduces off-axis colour shifting to under 0.02 Δu'v' across 178º viewing angles. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 connection, a USB-B upstream port feeding two USB-A ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Stand adjustments provide up to 150mm of height variation alongside swivel tuning, while total power draw maxes out at 240W. The display is listed for 5555 yuan (around £626).
KitGuru says: The dual-mode option pushing the refresh rate up to 1060Hz shows how far high-refresh Mini-LED panels have evolved. Would you consider getting one of these monitors or a similarly spec'd model?
