We use Nvidia PCAT to measure power draw of the graphics card only, with readings from both the PCIe slot and the PCIe power cables combined into a single figure. We use Resident Evil Village (4K) for this testing.

As expected, power draw of the GameRock OC is very similar to the other 4070 Ti's. It is 4W or so higher, possible due to the slight increase in clock speed, but averaging 277W this is very much in the ball park that we'd expect.
