3DMark 11 is designed for testing DirectX 11 hardware running on Windows 7 and Windows Vista. The benchmark includes six all new benchmark tests that make extensive use of all the new features in DirectX 11 including tessellation, compute shaders and multi-threading. The ASUS Strix R9 380X DirectCU II OC performs well in this test, with the additional manually tweaked speeds adding another 1,000 points to the final score.
At the extreme resolution test we can see that the overclocked GTX960 Super JetStream slightly outperforms the R9 380X, until we manually overclock it to the limit.
