The ATTO Disk Benchmark performance measurement tool is compatible with Microsoft Windows. Measure your storage system performance with various transfer sizes and test lengths for reads and writes. Several options are available to customize your performance measurement including queue depth, overlapped I/O and even a comparison mode with the option to run continuously. We are using version 4.1 for our NVMe disk tests.

Using the ATTO benchmark, we couldn't hit the official maximum figures of 7,400MB/s and 6,500MB/s for reads and writes respectively with test results of 6,920MB/s for reads and 5,940MB/s for writes.

Using the ATTO benchmark, the read performance began to slowly plateau out at the 512KB mark (6,920MB/s). The write performance levels off at 128KB with a figure of 5,940MB/s, ending the test run at 5,990MB/s.
