We used CrystalDiskMark 8’s custom settings to test the 4K 70/30 mixed read/write performance of the drive through a range of queue depths using a single thread and four threads.

With a single thread, in the 4K 70/30 test the performance of the FireCuda 520N ranges from 22,178 IOPS (90.84MB/s) at QD1 up to 125,124 IOPS (512.51MB/s) at QD32. Switching over to four threads it produced 76,625 (313.85MB/s) at QD1 rising through the queue depths to finish the test run at 313,937 IOPS (1,285MB/s) at QD32.
