Overclockers UK PC Workshop BEHIND the scenes

Regular KitGuru readers will be familiar with Overclockers UK. We've reviewed several of their custom-built systems over the years and even use one as our GPU benchmarking rig. This month, we went down to OCUK headquarters in Stoke on Trent to take a behind the scenes look at what goes on while crafting these custom PCs.

Overclockers UK has a team of PC enthusiasts building systems for like-minded enthusiasts. Beyond that, they also have professional overclocker, Ian ‘8Pack' Parry, on hand at the warehouse to build fully custom systems like the Orion X, complete with custom liquid cooling and guaranteed CPU speeds.

There are two ways to buy a PC from OCUK, you can choose a pre-configured option (which there are plenty of), or you can use the custom configuration choose everything you want. There are also customisation options available for those who want something a bit more special, with laser cutting, etching, painting and hand-braided cables all being options.

Customer support is also handled by the folks who build the PCs themselves, rather than being outsourced to a third-party- so you should always be in good hands.

KitGuru Says: With a team of experts, top notch customer service and a very active forum, Overclockers UK has been one of the best PC enthusiast retailers for the past 20 years and that tradition will hold well into the future.
