Bethesda’s previously rumoured March event was for Redfall

Back in January, it was reported that Bethesda was planning a media event for March. At the time, this was rumoured to potentially be for Starfield, as Arkane had just shown a hefty amount of Redfall gameplay. Now it appears this line of thinking was indeed wrong as several media members have now confirmed that they attended a Redfall event this week.

Michael Huber of Easy Allies, Kinda Funny co-host Parris, YouTuber Kevin Kenson and others have confirmed that they attended a Redfall-focused event this week. This was likely a gameplay event for media members to get early impressions, which should go live ahead of the game's release in May.

There is no word on when gameplay impression videos and articles will go live but we would anticipate sometime in late March or early April as Bethesda's marketing efforts continue to ramp up ahead of the May 5th launch date.

As for Starfield, there is still no word on when we'll next see the game, or get an update on its planned release date.
