Chivalry 2 is getting an open beta next week

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare was one of the most popular multiplayer PC games back in the early 2010s and over the years, the studio has been working on a big sequel to compete with the likes of For Honor and other modern multiplayer brawlers. Chivalry 2 is coming in less than one month, but fans will have a chance to try it out ahead of time in open beta.

Torn Banner Studios has announced this week that Chivalry 2 will be getting an open beta, lasting from the 27th of May until the 1st of June. The game will then release one week later on the 8th of June for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and PS5.

For those on PC, it should be noted that Chivalry 2 is going to be an Epic Games Store exclusive for an undetermined amount of time. With that in mind, anyone looking to play the beta or the final game on PC will have to do so through the Epic Games launcher for the time being.

Chivalry 2 is launching on the 8th of June and will feature cross-platform multiplayer between all systems.
