As with any limited edition release, the scalpers have successfully secured their pre-orders for the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition, which has now sold out pretty much everywhere. Now, the pre-orders have started hitting eBay with some trying to sell them for anywhere between £150 and £600, with most auctions currently heading over the £200 mark.
The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition was announced back at E3 and was sold for $120 in the US and £99 in the UK. As you can tell from the name, it comes with a Pip-Boy, though you do need to use your own smartphone as the screen with the companion app installed.
Most of the listings are coming from the US. Right now, there are a few actions nearing the $400 mark, which is a lot more than the retail price. The cheapest buy it now listing is sitting at $300 which while isn't a good deal, it is better than a few of the auctions.
In the UK, the situation is pretty much the same although most of the listings are coming from oversees. You can grab one from France for £170 with postage included and that happens to be the cheapest buy it now price at the moment.
