Layers of Fear UE5 remake will get a demo next week, PC system requirements announced

Blooper Team has been working away on an Unreal Engine 5 remake of Layers of Fear for a while now with the goal of releasing this summer. While we don't have a final release date yet, a playable demo is on the way next week.

Blooper Team will release a playable demo version of Layers of Fear for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 on the 15th of May. It will only be available for a limited time though, so you'll need to download it before the 22nd of May.

The demo itself won't have much on the content side, offering a brief glimpse at the game rather than a full slice. Still, as this is an Unreal Engine 5 game, it'll be interesting to see from a technical perspective, particularly for PC players looking to test the strength of their rigs. Speaking of which, the game's PC system requirements have also been announced:

The Layers of Fear remake will release later this year, combining the original game, its DLC and sequel into one fully rebuilt package using the latest Unreal Engine 5 technology.
