Nvidia is collaborating with Square Enix again for Shadow of the Tomb Raider

We have more news surrounding Shadow of the Tomb Raider this week, though this time around it is PC-specific. With the launch of Rise of the Tomb Raider in 2016, we saw Square Enix partner up with Nvidia, this partnership now extends to Shadow of the Tomb Raider, with Nvidia announcing its collaboration for the PC version.

Rise of the Tomb Raider was brought to PC by the Square Enix port masters at Nixxes Software. The team will be returning for Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which will continue to support Nvidia's series of graphical features, including HBAO+, enhanced tessellation, dynamic foliage, Hairworks etc.

We learned last week that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be the finale in the reboot trilogy. Lara Croft will be tasked with putting a stop to the Maya apocalypse. Gameplay impressions are already out in the wild, but you can see a gallery of PC screenshots below.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is currently set to release on the 14th of September for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
