Could Apple’s logo be banned in Russia?

Apple is well known for creating and attracting a lot of legal attention; whether it be with the competition from Korea or the Swiss Federal Railway service. I'm sure there's been a few odd cases involving Apple and other tech companies but this is the strangest one I've ever heard of.

Russia Orthodox Christians, or at least a group of them, are claiming that Apple's logo is blasphemous. They are reported as saying that the bitten apple is a symbol for original sin in the Bible. It is also said that some people are covered up the blasphemous logo with a cross; a claim that unfortunately did not include any pictures.

Russia's government is currently facing proposed anti-blasphemy laws and is passed could see Apple being prevented from using their famous logo.
