Corsair unveils its first gaming laptop powered by AMD hardware

For years, Corsair has had a huge presence in the PC gaming market through hardware and peripherals. Now, the company is combining all of that expertise to produce its very first laptop, the Corsair Voyager.

Today at Computex 2022, Corsair has unveiled the Voyager, a new laptop launching exclusively under the AMD Advantage program, which will see the laptop packing both an AMD CPU and GPU under the hood. The Corsair Voyager will be available with up to a Ryzen 9 6900HS and Radeon RX 6800M mobile graphics.

Due to the combination of an AMD CPU and GPU, the Corsair Voyager also benefits from a number of AMD's performance enhancing technologies, including Smart Access Memory.

For the display, Corsair is using a 16-inch QHD IPS panel with 240Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium, so you can game at ultra-high frame rates and avoid screen tearing. Built into the laptop, you will find Elgato streaming and content creation features too, including ten customisable S-key shortcut buttons above the keyboard. Speaking of the keyboard, it is fully mechanical, packing Cherry MX Ultra-Low Profile switches.
