16 games are leaving PlayStation Plus next month

Each month, just as how they bring a bunch of new titles to the PlayStation Plus service, Sony also removes a number of games. For the month of December, subscribers will unfortunately lose access to 16 titles in total – including a bunch of cool indies.

In going to the PlayStation Plus tab on your PS5, you’ll find a list of 16 titles under the ‘Last Chance to Play’ section. Leaving the service at some point in December (likely mid-month) are the following:

  • Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin
  • Metal: Hellsinger
  • Moonscars
  • Megaman 11
  • Megaman Legacy Collection
  • Megaman Legacy Collection 2
  • Grime Definitive Edition
  • Tinykin
  • Prodeus
  • Soulstice
  • Vampire: The Masquerade – Coteries of New York
  • Evil Genius 2
  • Judgment
  • Dead Island Definitive Edition
  • Dead Island Riptide Definitive Edition
  • Gigabash

While a large number of the games leaving are older titles, there are a ton of notable indies which you should give a try before they leave – including but not limited to the Pikmin-like platformer Tinykin; the music-based FPS Metal: Hellsinger and the retro-styled DOOM inspired Prodeus.

KitGuru says: What do you think of December’s departees? Will you try and complete any of the games beforehand? Should Sony give more than a month’s warning? Let us know down below.
