33 Immortals set for March release on Steam and Xbox

Last year, I put together a list of seven great indie games to look out for in 2024. 33 Immortals appeared prominently on that list but unfortunately, the game was pushed back to 2025. Now, we finally have a release date, and it is just around the corner.

33 Immortals, a new take on large-scale MMO-style raids, is now set to launch on the 18th of March as an Early Access title on Steam and Xbox Series X/S.

33 Immortals is developed by Thunder Lotus Games and has already received positive feedback based on the beta test last Summer. The game is created to simulate the feeling of being in a raid, putting 33 players together in a map to take down hordes of dangerous enemies, followed by a massive boss.

Players will need to work together to synergise tactics to stand a chance against the major bosses. You won't have to worry about getting 33 friends together either – there is matchmaking. Better yet, it is near instant, so you won't have to wait long to find some teammates to play with.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
