Acer reveals smartphone with 4.8 inch screen

All of you who love big smartphones will already be drooling over the new Acer model which is due for release in April 2011. The device features a huge 4.8 inch screen with 1024×480 resolution.

Acer have yet to name the phone, but we know already that it is going to run on Android 2.2 Froyo and features a 1ghz Snapdragon processor. There is also an 8MP camera with AF and LED flash and a front facing 2MP camera as well.

It also features HSDPA 14.4Mbps support, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA streaming and 6 axis motion sensing with an HDMI out connection.
