Mafia reportedly coming to Game Pass in August

A couple days ago, one of the upcoming titles set to drop onto Xbox’s Game Pass service was leaked, with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy reportedly arriving in August. Quickly following this, another of August’s titles were leaked, with Mafia said to be added soon.

As reported by known industry insider NateDrake via ResetEra, the leaker was asked whether he had any scoops, to which Nate responded “Mafia comes to GP next month.”

Based on the relative vagueness of the response, it is unknown whether the entire trilogy will be added or just the first entry – though it’s likely the former.

With Mafia 4 said to be gearing up for an official reveal, it makes sense for 2K to shop out its prior entries onto various subscription services.

That said, so far August is looking to be a pretty decent month for Game Pass.

Insider claims Call of Duty could see a massive shake-up including no more annual releases

While this has worked in the past, Black Ops 7 seems to have been a breaking point for some. According to known insiders, Microsoft is now considering a major shake-up, including a standalone Zombies game.
