Intel is reportedly launching Core Ultra 200 and Z890 next week

Intel has yet to announce the release date for its upcoming Core Ultra 200 desktop CPUs but reports claim that a date has been set. According to the latest rumours, Intel will announce the new desktop CPU series to the public on October 10th, with availability expected later in the month.

The report is from VideoCardz, which claims that Intel is set to host a private pre-announcement briefing for media and influencers on October 7th. This exclusive event will feature the first details about the Core Ultra 200 series, followed by a Q&A session. The content shared during the briefing will be confidential until October 10th.

The new series' official launch is scheduled for October 10th, with the market release slated for two weeks later, on October 24th. Reviews are expected to show up around that same day.

The launch dates have also been confirmed by @wnxod, which claims that the Z890 motherboards will be unveiled on October 10th, aligning with the CPU launch schedule.

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
