Humble announces ‘Mind-Bending Masterpieces’ bundle

Humble Bundles are a good way for players to get their hands on a number of solid titles for a relatively low price. Those who enjoy puzzle games can now obtain over half a dozen “mind-bending masterpieces” for less than £2 a pop.

Available for the next 3 weeks, the Mind-Bending Masterpieces bundle is available in two forms. Paying just £7.83 will net you 5 of the 7 titles, namely:

  • Superliminal [94% positive on Steam]
  • Manifold Garden [95% positive on Steam]
  • The Pedestrian [97% positive on Steam]
  • The Witness [85% positive on Steam]
  • The Talos Principle: Gold Edition [95% positive on Steam]

Bumping your contribution to £11.75 will get you all prior titles plus:

  • Patrick’s Parabox [99% positive on Steam]
  • Taiji [93% positive on Steam]

Those who are familiar with puzzle games likely already have at least a few of these in their library. That said, if you are relatively new and are wanting to get into the genre, this latest Humble Bundle is an excellent way to do so – thanks to its wide variety of ‘mind-bending experiences.’

As always, a portion of the bundle’s proceedings will be going to charity, with this bundle said to be supporting The Global FoodBanking Network whose mission is to “nourish the world’s hungry through uniting and advancing food banks.”

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
