Mafia 2, Dragonball and Aliens join November PS+ line-up

We've reached a new month which means it is time for a new batch of PlayStation+ games. This month, those subscribed to PS+ will get three games – two PS4 titles and one PS5 game, although all three can be played on PS5 through backwards compatibility.

First up on the list is Mafia 2 Definitive Edition, which originally released as part of a remastered Mafia trilogy. The remaster was well received but not as comprehensive of a remake as some fans had hoped for.

Next on the list is Dragonball: The Breakers, a more recent release focused on multiplayer, rather than retelling the Dragon Ball Z story. In this game, one person plays as one of the series' primary villains and is tasked with hunting down the good guys. Over the course of a game, you'll be able to power up and evolve into one of the higher forms for Frieza, Majin Buu or Cell. Survivors will be tasked with escaping and fending off the villain by collecting power keys to obtain the abilities of a key Dragon Ball hero character. These super moves can be used to hold off an attack and escape.

Finally, Aliens Fireteam Elite is also available to PS+ subscribers this month. In this game, you'll be co-oping with up to two players or AI to battle your way through four campaigns set on the planet LV-895. You can use unique perks and weapons to take on the Xenomorphs and blast through hordes.

These games will be available to all PS+ subscribers on all tiers starting on the 6th of November. Until then, you can still claim October's PS+ games, including Weird West, The Callisto Protocol and Farming Simulator 22.

KitGuru Says: This is a fairly decent set of games for the month, although I do wish the Mafia remasters would get an update for new-gen consoles for higher frame rates and resolutions.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
