PlayStation ‘Days of Play’ returns this month

We've been hearing for a while that Sony is gearing up for a new PlayStation showcase ahead of Summer Game Fest next month. Just like previous years, it looks like Sony will be holding its summer showcase in late May, revealing the next wave of major titles for the PS5, and thanks to Sony's recent multiplatform push, we should see some PC games in the mix too.

According to well-known leaker, bilbil-kun, who has accurately revealed new PS+ games and upcoming PlayStation PC game launches for years, has now claimed that Sony's ‘Days of Play' event will return, starting this month. The event kicks off on the 29th of May and will last until the 12th of June.

During this same timeframe, the next State of Play, or PlayStation Showcase should go live, featuring new game announcements for PS5, and hopefully confirmation of some new PC games too. Just recently, God of War: Ragnarök was tipped as the next major PlayStation title to be making its way over to PC.

During Days of Play, Sony will be having a big sale on digital games, as well as physical goods through PlayStation Direct, so it will be a good opportunity for fans to pick up a few titles on their wishlist, or pick up some new accessories to enhance the console gaming experience.
