INNO3D unveils new ‘Stealth’ design graphics cards to hide power cables

At Computex a few weeks ago we saw a number of motherboard makers showcasing new ‘stealth' designs, with the power connectors moved to hide cables. Graphics card makers may begin trying something similar soon. This week, Inno3D unveiled its new stealth GPU design, moving the power connector to the back of the PCB.

The new design places power connectors on the back of the GPU, closer to cable routing outlets in most cases, allowing for an easier way to hide your graphics card cable and present a clean-looking build. Vertical GPU setups would benefit further, as the front of the graphics card would completely hide the cable.

The new power connector placement can also make building a PC more manageable for newcomers. There will be three graphics cards from Inno3D sporting this new design: an RTX 4070, an RTX 4060 Ti and the RTX 4060 Twin X2/OC White Edition graphics cards.

Inno3D believes more graphics card makers will adopt similar designs in the future, focusing more on aesthetics and ease of installation to make the PC building process easier.
