Sonic Frontiers is reportedly releasing in November

Despite rough, choppy gameplay reveals and calls from fans to delay the game to keep working on it, Sega is determined to release Sonic Frontiers before the year ends. The game is set to turn up once again at Gamescom Opening Night Live next week, but the game's release date appears to have leaked early.

According to a Taiwanese retail site (via Reddit), Sonic Frontiers is releasing on the 15th of November. The listing also claimed that Sonic Frontiers will be getting DLC later down the line too.

Art shown on the page confirms that a few of Sonic's friends will be joining him on this adventure – Tails, Knuckles and Amy. This all follows on from fan reports that a new Sonic Frontiers trailer has been shown in Japanese movie theatres recently.

Sega will be making new official announcements and debuting a new trailer for Sonic Frontiers during Gamescom: Opening Night Live on the 23rd of August.

KitGuru Says: So far, a lot of the footage we've seen has just been Sonic running through pretty barren parts of the map. Hopefully this next trailer shows the game running smoother, and more variety in the open world.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
