Seagate announces Halo Infinite-themed Game Drive for Xbox

Seagate has been partnering with Microsoft on storage drives for Xbox consoles for years now and that partnership continues this year alongside the launch of Halo Infinite. Today, Seagate announced the Game Drive for Xbox – Halo Infinite Special Edition, as well as a new Game Drive Hub for Xbox.

The Game Drive and Game Drive Hub for Xbox feature signature green LED lighting and a minimalistic design. Both use high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity and are quick and easy to set up through the Xbox console, whether its an older Xbox One or a brand new Xbox Series X. The Game Drive for Xbox offers up to 4TB capacity, while the Game Drive Hub for Xbox can give your console an 8TB storage boost.

Alongside the Halo Infinite Limited Edition Xbox Series X and Elite Series 2 controller, Seagate is also launching a Halo-themed Game Drive for Xbox, available with 2TB or 5TB capacity. The drive features exclusive art work inspired by none other than the Master Chief himself.

The three new drives include three-years of Rescue Data Recovery Services and a one-year limited warranty giving gamers peace of mind. With shipments starting this month, Seagate’s Game Drive for Xbox is available in capacities of 2TB (£74.99) and 4TB (£104.99), Game Drive Hub for Xbox is available in an 8TB (£184.99) capacity, and Game Drive for Xbox – Halo Infinite SE is available in capacities of 2TB (£79.99) and 5TB (£129.99).

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
