Ruined King: A League of Legends Story coming in 2021, gameplay released

In December 2019, Riot Games announced that it was teaming up with other developers to create a series of single-player games based on the League of Legends IP. The first of these games is Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, which was initially penned in for an early 2021 launch, but that has now changed to simply ‘2021'. While the delay is unfortunate, we weren't left empty handed, as the first gameplay trailer has released.

Last night during The Game Awards, Riot Games released the first gameplay trailer for Ruined King, showing off the indie-RPG in action:

Ruined King is set within two regions of Runeterra – Bilgewater and the Shadow Isles. Players will go on a journey, investigating the black mist and fighting against a common enemy.

Gameplay-wise, it is a turn-based RPG with isometric maps and dungeons. Along the way, you'll meet League of Legends characters like Miss Fortune, Illaoi, Braum, Yasuo, Ahri, and Pyke.

Ruined King: A League of Legends Story will be coming to PC and consoles in 2021.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
