Antec is about to launch a new airflow focused mid-tower chassis to house your system. The upcoming DP502 Flux takes the “thermal performance of the Antec Dark Series to a new level”, offering advanced ventilation and 5 RGB fans at a competitive price.
The front panel of the DP502 FLUX features a small door that you can open to access the 5.25-inch drive bay and increase your system's airflow. On the top left of the bottom half of the front grill features an “electroplating-processed LED”. Featuring Antec's F-LUX platform, the DP502 FLUX uses a “powerful ventilation system” that includes a vent on the lower half of the right-side panel, pulling cool air to the PSU shroud, which will then rise to the upper half of the case.
Out of the 5 fans included, there are 3x 120mm front fans featuring ARGB, a 120mm fan for the rear, and a 120mm “reverse fan” on top of the PSU shroud. The reverse fans will be responsible for pulling the air that gets inside the case through the right-side panel vent and the bottom of the case, improving the GPU cooling capabilities. There's support for a total of 9x fans inside the case. Both the front panel and top support up to 2x 140mm fans or 3x 120mm fans and up to a 280mm or a 360mm radiator. The rear only supports a 120mm fan or a 120mm radiator. On top of the PSU shroud, you can mount up to 2x 120mm fans.
The 4mm side tempered glass panel uses a “tool-free thumbscrew design at the rear” so users can easily remove the panel. This case has 7x PCIe expansion slots, a 5.25-inch drive bay, 3x convertible 3.5-inch or 2x 2.5-inch drive bays, and 3x 2.5-inch drive bays.
There's support for ATX, MATX, and ITX motherboards, up to 405mm long graphics cards, up to 175mm tall CPU coolers, and 205mm long PSUs. Dust filters are included in the front, top, bottom, and right-side vent. The front I/O panel has a power and a LED control button, 2x USB-A 3.0 ports, an audio-out jack, and an audio-in jack. Additionally, it includes a built-in LED-controller that supports up to 6x ARGB fans to synchronise the RGB lighting, but you can also do it through the motherboard software.
