HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini keyboard set to release on May 12

The Ducky One 2 Mini is a highly popular keyboard within the mechanical keyboard community, particularly among those who want a small form factor. Now, HyperX has announced a collaboration with Ducky and the birth of the HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini.

Sporting the same 60% size as the original One 2 Mini – a form factor growing in popularity – the keyboard measures 302 mm wide, 108 mm deep, 40 mm high and weighs in at just 599 grams. It also uses a USB Type C connector, and a 1.6m Type C-to-Type A cable comes included.

The main element behind this collab is the use of HyperX's own brand mechanical switches – known simply as the HyperX Red Switch, which is linear in nature. Hyper x Ducky One 2 Mini also features RGB backlit keys with radiant lighting effects that can be customised with controls right on the keyboard. The Ducky 2.0 Macro support makes it possible to save 6 profiles directly to the keyboard without using additional software. The two-step keyboard feet also allows the user to set the keyboard at three different angles.

Hyper x Ducky One 2 Mini will be released with a limited run of 3,700 keyboards and will be available starting May 12.
