G4 TV is set to relaunch in 2021

Way back in 2002, G4 TV hit the air waves, putting out TV shows dedicated to video game news, reviews and competitive tournaments. The channel went offline back in 2014, in part due to the shift towards streaming, leaving few viewers left for a TV channel dedicated to games. As it turns out though, G4 might be making a comeback soon.

G4 had some great hosts over the years, including names that are still prominent today, like Geoff Keighley, Adam Sessler, Alison Haislip, Olivia Munn and more. We don't know if any of these old faces will be part of the G4 revival, but the network's long-dormant Twitter account did come back to life last night:

The same teaser was also shared by X-Play, further hinting at a return of some sort. If you head over to the G4 website, you can also play a mini-game after which you can sign up for a mailing list for updates.

Right now, it looks like G4 will be coming back in 2021, but there are still unanswered questions. It could end up being part of a streaming service rather than a dedicated network TV channel. Hopefully we'll get more details soon enough.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
