Nacon and Microsoft team up for Xbox-branded peripherals

Recently, Microsoft announced a partnership with Bang & Olufsen for high-end gaming audio peripherals. Now, in preparation for the Xbox Series X, more peripheral license partners are joining up, with the latest being Nacon, best known for third-party game controllers.

Nacon, previously known as Bigben Interactive, is a French gaming company that has been around for decades. Previously, Nacon has worked with the likes of SEGA and Atari, in addition to third-party controllers for PlayStation consoles and PC. Now, Nacon also has a global license to produce peripherals for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.

Nacon's partnership with Microsoft seems like a natural path for the company, although the first Xbox-branded products are still due to be announced. In the meantime, Nacon will still be shipping games and various other peripherals, ranging from headsets and microphones to controllers and chairs.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
