Halo 3 will release on PC this month

Last month, 343 Industries began public testing for Halo 3 on PC. At the time, we noted that this version of the game was nicely polished, with very few faults. The insider testing version received a couple of patches and now, the game is ready for an official release.

Halo 3 first released on Xbox 360 back in 2007 and was a turning point for the franchise, as it would be the first game to not come to PC. Fortunately, Microsoft had a change of heart last year, vowing to bring the full Master Chief Collection to PC. So far, we've had Halo Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. On July 14th, Halo 3 joins the list:

Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4 are the remaining games waiting to come to PC. We know that progress is already being made on ODST, so we will hopefully soon get updates on Halo 4 as well.

Later this month, the Xbox Games Showcase will also be taking place, during which we will be getting a good look at Halo Infinite ahead of its release in late 2020.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
