Motorola reveal the moto g8 power lite smartphone

Motorola has launched its latest cost-effective smartphone handset, the moto g8 power lite is equipped with a massive battery that can provide over two days of continuous use without having to stop and recharge.

The new moto g8 power lite handset from Motorola features a colossal 5,000 mAh battery that could potentially give users an un-interrupted three days of use from a single charge. Actual battery performance will obviously vary depending on usage and standby, however, with these impressive power claims users should always have enough battery power for when they need it most.

As well as this excellent battery performance, the moto g8 power lite features more notable specifications, such as a triple camera solution that can capture sharp images and incredible close-up snaps, with a 16 MP rapid focus main camera that can take ultra-fast shots. A Macro Vision camera gets you 4x closer to the image subject compared to the main lens and provides excellent depth of field for portraits.

The moto g8 power lite is equipped with specifications to rival some of the more expensive handsets on the market and packs impressive performance at its price point. Inside the handset is a 2.3 GHz octa-core processor and 4 GB RAM to ensure it responds to all your daily tasks, such as gaming, browsing, watching and working in an instant. Out of the box, the moto g8 power lite provides 64 GB of storage space with support for up to an additional 256 GB storage using a dedicated microSD card slot.

All the real estate at the front of the handset is taken up by a generous 6.5-inch MaxVision HD+ display providing maximum viewing immersion via a 20:9 aspect ratio. Along with the triple camera setup on the rear of the devices is a fingerprint sensor discreetly embedded into the Motorola logo, allowing you to open and unlock your phone with just one tap.

The Motorola moto g8 power lite will be available to purchase in the UK from 15th April at O.2, Vodafone, CPW, Tesco, Amazon, Argos and JLP, priced at £149.99.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
