The new version of Dust II is now live for everyone

Last week, Valve announced that it would be revamping Counter-Strike's most iconic map, Dust II. Shortly after, we got to see a complete comparison of the new version versus the old and beta testers had a chance to play it and provide feedback. It seems there has been a quick turn around on that, as the new version of Dust II is now live for everyone.

The new version of Dust II isn't in the competitive map pool just yet and Valve will continue to update the map as more feedback comes in. However, for the time being, the map we saw last week will remain largely the same. You can see comparison shots of the map in the galleries below. Do note that if you are running an adblocker, the gallery may not appear correctly for you. Disabling it and refreshing the page should fix it.

KitGuru Says: I've had a chance to play the new version of Dust II at this point and so far, I really like it. Visually, the map looks quite different, it is clear that it is set in a completely different area now but the general layout is still familiar. Have any of you played the new version of Dust II yet? What do you think of it?

Crimson Desert climbs up to ‘very positive’ score on Steam across over 100k reviews

Crimson Desert was a hotly-anticipated brand new IP prior to its official launch earlier this month, with the ambitious open-world title garnering a ton of attention thanks to its pretty visuals, freeform gameplay and player agency. Upon its launch however, the game suffered from a number of issues, including rather awkward controls. Fortunately, the team at Pearl Abyss have been quick to respond to criticisms – with Crimson Desert having now climbed its way to a ‘Very Positive’ score on Steam.
