4 games set to leave PlayStation Plus Extra next month

Each month, Sony updates its PlayStation Plus Extra / Premium libraries with a number of new and returning titles. Unfortunately, the service also removes games just as often. With September’s PS Plus Extra titles available now, the console maker has officially unveiled its list of upcoming departees.

In going to the last chance to play section on the PlayStation 5’s PS Plus tab, subscribers can find a list of 4 titles which are set to be removed from the service next month (likely mid-October):

  • Battlefield 1
  • Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed
  • Tour de France 2023
  • The Last Clockwinder

PlayStation Plus

While it is a shame to see any game being removed, the titles above represent a much smaller list of departees when compared to previous months – which in some cases saw up to a dozen games taken away.

That said, September’s PlayStation Plus Extra additions weren’t too much to write home about, with the most notable titles being WWE 2K25 and Persona 5 Tactica.

Still, if you were planning to play either of these 4 titles, you have just under a month to do so.
