Fortnite has gotten yet another Marvel crossover

As has been the case with pretty much every big Marvel release in recent years, Fortnite has a bunch of new crossover skins to sell you. In this case, Marvel’s first family – the Fantastic Four – are now available for the ‘low’ price of roughly £25.

Available to purchase in Fortnite between now and the 5th of August, the Fantastic Four Bundle includes the titular heroes (featuring the actors’ likenesses) alongside their LEGO counterparts.

In addition, each of the characters have their own melee weapons; back bling and emotes – alongside a shared glider.

The Fantastic Four Fortnite bundle can be had for 3,600 V-Bucks, which roughly translates to £25. Though undeniably a costly bundle, buying all of the various skins and items individually would set you back a whole 9,600 V-bucks – or roughly £55 (depending on how many bucks you’re buying in one go it could be even more).

With each passing crossover, cosmetics in games are becoming increasingly expensive. Of course, there are various licensing fees and such which do add to the overheads; but given that Disney owns around 10% of Epic Games, it does feel like the media behemoth is simply trying to earn its $1.5 Billion investment back.
