Battlefield 6 on Steam will not require EA’s launcher

One of the biggest issues with PC gaming is the ability for a publisher to create its own bespoke game launcher. While in and of itself not a problem, many of these launchers are required even when using the likes of Steam or Epic Games. One of the biggest culprits in this regard is EA.
