Thermaltake WaterRAM competition winner announcement

Last week, we kicked off a brand new competition with Thermaltake, giving KitGuru readers the chance to win one brand new 16GB WaterRAM kit. We had a lot of entries but unfortunately, there can only be one winner, who we are announcing today.

WaterRAM is Thermaltake’s first step into the memory market. In an effort to offer something a bit different, WaterRAM ships with a custom waterblock pre-attached, removing the need to remove heat spreaders yourself and void warranty. Beyond that, you get a limited lifetime warranty for the memory modules and a two year warranty for the waterblock, so if anything goes wrong, you should be in good hands. You can check Leo’s review of Thermaltake’s WaterRAM, HERE.

To enter this competition, we asked you all to send in a picture of your current memory. Today, we are pleased to announce that our winner is… David Sinclair! We have been in touch with David already to get his details and the prize shall be shipped off shortly.

If you didn’t win this time around, then keep an eye out as we’ll have more giveaways to come in the future.

KitGuru Says: Congrats to David for winning and thanks to Thermaltake for taking part in this competition with us this week.

KitGuru – Children’s Hospice Charity PC Auction

We can all agree that the last 12 months have been challenging and stressful for everyone, and I wanted to utilise Kitguru in a positive way for a great cause. Over the next two weeks, we are holding a silent auction via email for our readers and supporters, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. Additionally KitGuru will be donating the same amount as the winning bid, effectively doubling the donation to the charity. This is a very worthy cause that we want to support this year and everyone who enters will know that they are potentially going to help children in real need.
