Nvidia to launch liquid-cooled A100 graphics accelerator

Nvidia's Computex keynote is coming up soon and it looks like one of the upcoming announcements has leaked ahead of time. A new leak has shown a new version of Nvidia's flagship A100 GPU, this time with liquid cooling.

A source speaking with VideoCardz shared what appears to be the main marketing image for the liquid-cooled A100. The card is very slim, fitting in a single-slot form factor, with a block pre-installed and inlet and outlet ports to hook the GPU up to a liquid cooling loop.

As per the photo, both inlet and outlet tubing will be located on the right side, right next to the PCIe power connector (12-pin?). The card itself looks to feature a single-slot design, much like the aftermarket liquid coolers we see out there.

Availability and pricing details are still unknown but expect it to be more expensive than the other variants (the standard version's MSRP goes for $32,097).

KitGuru says: It would make sense for Nvidia to launch a liquid-cooled version of the A100, as it would be more convenient for system builders to mount the card instead of replacing the cooling system and risking damaging the card.
