LEGO 2K Drive is a pretty fun open world racer which released back in 2023. Unfortunately, the game was hampered somewhat by its monetisation practices, leading to an overall mixed reception. Still, it comes as a disappointment that LEGO 2K Drive will officially be delisted from digital storefronts tomorrow – with servers being shut down at the end of the month.
Taking to their store page to make the announcement, the team at Visual Concepts / 2K wrote: “This product will no longer be available for purchase as of 05/19/2026.”
They continued, “All multiplayer servers for LEGO 2K Drive will be shutdown as of 05/31/2027. After that time, all game functions requiring online servers will no longer function.”
No reason was given for its delisting, and so it is unknown whether this decision came as a result of expiring licenses or simply due to its relative lack of popularity.
Either way, it is unfortunate to see yet another racing game being delisted. At the very least they have given a year’s head-up for its server shutdown.
