Alan Wake 2 is a 2023 survival horror game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Epic Games Publishing. A sequel to Alan Wake, the story follows best-selling novelist Alan Wake, who has been trapped in an alternate dimension for 13 years, as he attempts to escape by writing a horror story involving an FBI special agent named Saga Anderson. Our first game of the day is Alan Wake 2, where at 4K, the 4080 Super delivers 44FPS, making it functionally level with the 4080. Technically there is a 1.4% difference, but the end result is identical. It's also on par with the 7900 XTX here, but with better 1% lows.
